Joe and Andrew Marley have founded an LLC to deliver high quality software solutions. By blending experience and innovation, in collaboration with our clients, we strive to deliver software solutions that best meet your specific needs and challenges. We share a passion about embracing the future of Information Technology and integrating the best of both new and traditional approaches.
Joe Marley
With over 30 years of IT experience as a software engineer and designer, Joe has a wealth of knowledge and skills to offer. He is a lifelong resident of Davenport, Iowa, and a proud graduate of St. Ambrose University with a B.S. in Computer Science. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for integrity and excellence in every aspect of his work.
Joe’s belief in always learning and evolving in the changing world of software development has enabled him to continue to add new tools to his extensive knowledge of software. He is experienced in the importance of maintaining existing programs and designing new systems to meet the changing needs of business.
By bringing together the skills of two generations of Marley software developers, Joe’s long-term goal is to make A&J Software Solutions a reliable ally that embodies his work ethic of excellence and caters to their clients’ needs.
Andrew Marley
Andrew has completed his A.A. degree from Scott Community College and is enrolled at St. Ambrose University, pursuing his B.S. in Computer Science and Cyber Security.
From team member to mentor, Andrew is an adviser for the Robotics Team at Assumption High School. This experience has led to developing his skills in team building, one-on-one training, and robotic programming.
He has additional experience in building personal computer systems including working with individuals through the creation of a budget, researching parts, purchasing, and installing hardware along with the implementation of software.
Andrew’s long-term goal is to complete his degree while building A&J Software Solutions into a company that evolves with the growing field of Information Technology.
